Questions, answered straight.
The things people actually ask, including the uncomfortable ones. If yours is not here, the contact page reaches a real person.
Is ORO SAGE live? Can I subscribe now?
Live, yes. On sale, not yet. Two milestones sit behind that first word and they are different. Real money has been traded on the system's decisions since April 2026, with the founder placing each call by hand. Since August 2026 the system places its own orders, still on the founder's own capital. No client money has been managed at any point.
Subscriptions open only after registration under the applicable SEBI framework is in place, and Autopilot additionally after broker algo-empanelment. Pricing is published in full on the plans page so you can judge it today. Joining the waitlist locks your founding price to the date you join, and waitlist members are onboarded first.
Why should I trust this over a tips app?
Do not trust it. Check it. That is the whole design.
A tip hands you the easy ten percent, which is the name of a stock. It leaves you the hard ninety percent: how much to buy, where the stop goes, when to trail it, when to take part of it off, and what to do when the stock gaps down before you have even opened the app. Most people lose money in that ninety percent, not in the pick.
ORO SAGE does the ninety percent, and it writes down what it did and why in a journal that is added to and never rewritten. Losses appear in the same plain format as wins. No accuracy percentage appears anywhere on this site, because a win rate with no denominator and no drawdown beside it is a marketing number, not a fact.
Will an AI blow up my account?
That is the right question to ask, and the answer starts with a boring clarification: nothing here is a chatbot choosing stocks. ORO SAGE runs on a fixed set of rules, and every candidate has to clear all of them before it can become an order.
Six named circuit breakers sit above those rules, each with a numeric trigger and a response decided in advance. A drawdown of 7 percent over ten trading days halts new buying for three days. Twelve percent over thirty days moves the whole system into a defensive stance. A run of consecutive losses, stale or missing market data, a broker login failure, and a cascade of rejected orders each trip their own brake. A separate part of the system does nothing but audit the rest, and one kill switch halts new buying in 60 seconds or less, whether you pull it or the system pulls it on itself.
Position size is capped by conviction, and the stop is placed at the broker rather than held in software, so your protection stays live at the exchange even if ORO SAGE itself goes offline. The whole machine was also proven on paper before a rupee moved: not one live order was sent in its entire build history until the full test suite was green, 3,401 automated tests as of 6 August 2026.
Underneath all of it, your money never leaves your own broker account. The system holds permission to place orders through the broker's API and cannot withdraw funds, which puts a hard ceiling on what any failure can cost you. None of this makes losses impossible. It makes a silent, catastrophic one far less likely than an unguarded system would allow.
What happens when the system is wrong?
It is wrong regularly. Every trading system is. What matters is what happens next, and that part is decided before the trade rather than during it.
The stop goes in with the entry, so a wrong call ends at a loss that was sized and known in advance, not at whatever the price happens to be when somebody finally looks. The trade lands in the append-only journal with the reason it was taken and the reason it ended. Entries are added and never rewritten, so nothing can be tidied up later to look smarter than it was.
When wrongness clusters, the breakers take over and halt new buying without asking anyone's opinion. And when a track record is eventually published here, the drawdowns will sit beside the gains in the same view. There will be no page on this site showing only the good months.
Who is liable when something breaks?
A named person, which is more than this category usually offers. ORO SAGE is built and run by Himanshu Bhagat, operating under Nikivya India Exim Private Limited, with a real address and a working phone number on the contact page. When something breaks, you reach him, not a ticket queue that never answers.
The boundaries, stated plainly. Market losses are yours. No system, registered or otherwise, indemnifies you against a stock going down, and anyone offering that is not describing a legal product. The machine's behaviour is ours. If a bug, a bad order or an outage causes the failure, it goes into the journal with what happened and what changed afterwards, and it is handled directly. The full legal position is in the terms and the disclaimer, written in ordinary language.
Two structural protections sit under all of it, and neither depends on trusting anybody. Your capital stays in your own broker account, so the worst case is bounded by what an order-placing key can do rather than by what a custodian could do. And the kill switch is yours: you can stop the system at any time, from your phone.
Does ORO SAGE hold my money?
No, and it is built so that it cannot. Your capital stays in your own broker account, in your own name. On Autopilot the system places orders through your broker's API, which is permission to trade, not permission to move money out. There is no ORO SAGE wallet, no pooled account, and no share of your profits. More on the safety page.
Does ORO SAGE guarantee profits?
No. No trading system can guarantee profits or prevent losses, and this site will never carry a return figure dressed up as a promise. ORO SAGE is engineered to keep losses small and survivable, to stop itself when the numbers look wrong, and to show you the record either way. Capital is always at risk. Please read the risk disclosure before deciding anything.
How much capital do I need to start?
Signals has no minimum. You act on the alerts with whatever you have, on your own broker, and you can paper-trade them first to see how they behave.
Autopilot starts at Rs 2,00,000 of deployable capital. That number is not a status filter. Position sizing is the part that does the protecting, and below roughly two lakh a single share of a mid-priced stock becomes an oversized slice of the account, the system cannot hold enough positions at once to spread the risk, and fixed costs take a bigger bite out of every trade. Below that line the risk rules stop meaning what they say.
Whichever you pick, only deploy money you can genuinely afford to leave alone.
What is the difference between Signals and Autopilot?
Who does the clicking. With Signals, ORO SAGE sends you the decision (entry, position size, stop, targets, and the reason behind it) and you place the trade yourself. With Autopilot, it places and manages the orders inside your own broker account, including the trailing and the exits.
Both run on the same decisions, both keep your money in your own custody, and both are one flat fee with no profit share. Full pricing for each is on the plans page.
Which brokers does ORO SAGE support?
Live execution runs on Dhan today. Fyers and Kite are integrated for market data and signals. For Signals you can act on the alerts through any broker you like, since you place the trades yourself. For Autopilot, the supported execution brokers will be published when the plan opens, after the required registration and broker algo-empanelment are in place.
Is algorithmic trading legal for retail investors in India?
Yes. Algorithmic and systematic trading by retail investors is permitted within SEBI's framework, which sets out what is required of algo providers, brokers and exchanges, including registration of the algorithms used for automated execution. ORO SAGE is applying for registration under the applicable framework and will offer paid services only once that is in place. There is a longer plain-language explainer in the SEBI algo trading rules guide.
What is the SEBI registration status?
ORO SAGE is actively applying for the license, and a specialist consultant is engaged. That is the whole status, and it is deliberately not dressed up.
Until registration is granted, no registration number appears anywhere on this site, because we do not hold one. When it lands, the number and the required disclosures go up across the site. Paid services open only after registration, and Autopilot additionally after broker algo-empanelment. The dated version of this status sits on the transparency page.
